Kenya Visa information

Passports: Passport valid from date of entry required by all.

Nationals of the following countries do not need visas to travel to Kenya: Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Botswana, Brunei-Darussalam, Cyprus, Dominica, Ethiopia, Fiji Islands, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Jamaica, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Mauritius, Namibia, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, San Marino, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, St Lucia, St Vincent & The Grenadines, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, Uganda, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Zambia, Zimbabwe

NB * If you are NOT a citizen of any of the above countries and you wish to enter Kenya, YOU MUST OBTAIN A VISA IN ADVANCE TO ENTER THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA, PARTICULARLY if you are proceeding to Kenya from a country where there IS a Kenyan Embassy, High Commission or Consulate to issue visa (SEE LIST OF CONSULATES HERE)

Applications from Nationals of the following countries have to be referred to Nairobi for approval:
Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Senegal, Somalia, Tazikstan, Yemen, Stateless Persons

Persons falling under the above category are advised to apply at least three months before the proposed date of travel to Kenya.

Tanzania VISA information

Introduction

In Tanzania, visas are required by most foreign nationals whether visiting for a holiday or to conduct business.

Tanzania does permit visa free travel for a period of up to three months to some foreign nationals, mainly those from African and Asian countries however in most cases, with the exceptions of Kenya and Uganda, these visitors will still to obtain entry permit clearance. For foreign nationals from countries who do not receive the three-month visa exemption it will be necessary to apply for a Tanzanian visa.
Tanzanian Tourist visa
In Tanzania, tourist visas may be issued as single or multiple entry permits and are valid for a maximum period of three or six months respectively. As with short-term visit visas and business visas is many destinations, these time limits are the maximum period for visas may be granted but do not necessarily reflect the grant that will be issued.
Requirements:
- Photocopy of round-trip, airline tickets or itinerary.
- Photocopy of the statement showing sufficient funds for the trip.

VISA Section

The Visa Section (Depend on the country the Embassy is) open to the public for logging of Visa Applications from 10.00am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday, with exception of local Bank Holidays and Public Holidays falling under the national holidays’ calendar of the United Republic of Tanzania and country your applying.
